Choco terms and conditions:

Not refundable. If you need to change the time and/or date of your reservation:

- More than 36 hours before the selected date and time: send us an email at info@cho.co.cr with the desired time and date and we will do our best to accommodate

- Within the last 36 hours before your selected date and time, and after your selected date and time: no changes

All the Choco pairings and tastings are taking place at the Choco boutique located on Street 217 (Calle 217), 50 mts North of Hotel Puerto Viejo in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Costa Rica.
All the other activities, tours and workshops are taking place in other locations in the same area. Unless speficied, transporation to/from Choco boutique, and to/from the activitiy, tour and workshop is not included. 

When purchasing a Choco pairing and/or tasting packaged with an activity, tour and/or workshop, the date and time selected is for the activities, tours and/or workshop only, and cannot be modified. Your Choco pairing and/or tasting voucher is valid for 7 days before and 7 days after the time and date you have selected for your activitiy, tour and workshop. To take advantage of your Choco pairing tasting and/or pairing, you simply need to show up at the Choco during our opening hours and present your voucher to the Choco employee.
